a card that should not be in the felt

report it from the ••• on the card itself. enough reports pull a card out of the felt while someone reviews it. you can also block whoever wrote it — you are never told who they are, and they are never told either.

your data

you can export everything we hold, and delete your account, from settings → your account inside the app. neither goes through us. for anything else, write to privacy@getnvm.app.

the app cannot reach the server

nvm talks to api.getnvm.app. if you see that message, that is the address it is trying.
